Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of a medical technique of "orthopedic navigation system" for the needs of credit, including the complete installation of the equipment supplied, as well as the equipment putting into operation. The equipment must be new, non-adapted, unused and comply with all technical parameters as defined in detail in the tender documentation, respectively. In Annex 1 to the draft purchase contract "Technical Specifications of the Subject of Performance", when a binding pattern of purchase contract for the supply of equipment is Annex 5 to this ZD (hereinafter referred to as "KS1").

The subject of VZ is also the continuous supply of knee implants for the Orthopedic Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine and the LC and LC and in accordance with the tender dossier and its annexes. Filling is also free of charge tools in the form of 2 sets of instrumentalia and providing a supply warehouse at the headquarters of the contracting authority.
