- The subject of this over-the-limit public contract is the development and implementation of a customer system in the form of software for the statutory city of Ostrava (hereinafter referred to as "SMO"), intended for informing and involving the public in events in the city, developing city services and supporting sports, culture, education, tourism traffic etc.
More specifically, the subject of this public contract is:
- development of an implementation analysis and an implementation proposal for the delivery of software, including the current ICT components of SMO and third parties;
- development and supply of software with the provision of usage rights to this software;
- implementation software, i.e. its installation and configuration, including connecting the software to SMO and third-party information systems;
- ensuring the pilot operation of the software;
- creation and delivery of the documentation required by the client, including a description of the implemented interfaces and their connection to information SMO and third party systems;
- provision of training to internal users of the contracting authority, provision of technical support services for operation, updating and development of software, etc.
