Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation and simplification of the documentation of the actual construction (building passport) and the passporting of the technical equipment (electrical installation) of the building at the address Nmst Luick 120/11, 408 01 Rumburk, with a total floor area of 1,100 m. The building has no preserved bottom neither the original nor the updated documentation. The building element is determined by the current construction-technical condition of the building according to the law. 283/2021 Coll., construction law, in the form of later regulations, and the creation of a technical basis for the planned modernization of the electrical installation. It does not replace a passport project documentation for permitted construction or for completed construction. The specification was given in the procurement documentation and contracts.
