Production (print) and distribution of 2 types of forms with printing for individual workplaces of the NSD of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic in Prague (a total of 9 departments at 5 delivery points) - see specifications - Annex 2; Print detail according to the patterns below in Annex (see files marked pattern No. 15, pattern no. 16): 1) Card "Vancial" card size of the card 7x10cm, paper 250 g/m2, white, quarter, color 1/1 black and white double -sided Print, 2,000 pcs - see Annex marked pattern No. 15 2) Writing packaging - NSD, format A3 White Wrap for writings - format A3 translated in the middle: paper 180 g/m, one -sided black and white print on the first page A4, printing optically sit In the middle of the party (it is not a "form" - List A3 will be clean after folding inside). Please deliver unholed! A total of 20,500 pcs - see Annex marked pattern No. 16, regardless of the color scheme of the attached patterns, the printing will always be black and white, we ask for any printing templates. Both forms are required proofreading before printing. The forms for individual workplaces will be packed in EKO foil or paper and marked with a label with the name of the contact person.
