• Description:
• The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement in an open procedure with a single supplier, whose offer is placed on the basis of an evaluation made in accordance with this tender documentation and the ZZVZ as 1. Public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement will be awarded by procedure without renewal of the competition Pursuant to § 132 para. b) zzzvz.
  The subject of the framework agreement is to modify the conditions for carrying out construction work on the basis of implementing contracts, consisting in ensuring the implementation of painting and painting works.
  The subject of performance is specified in more detail in the binding design of the Framework Agreement, which forms Annex. 2 of this tender documentation ("binding proposal of the framework agreement").
  The public contract is carried out in accordance with the principles of socially responsible public procurement contracts (more information here: www.sovz.cz) and strategies of responsible public procurement of the transport company hl. m. Prague 2023-2025, namely s In view of:
  -Direct payments to potential subcontractors, ensuring the same maturity of invoices for subcontractors as suppliers;
