- • The subject of the procurement procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement is the execution of painting and varnishing works in real estate managed by the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN") and will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. of the law concluded with 3 participants. Fulfillment will be in progressby the procedure according to § 134 of the Act, i.e. without renewing the competition between the participants of the framework agreement, and continuously for the duration of 4 years of the framework agreement. The subject of this procurement procedure and the method of determining the selected supplier of individual public contracts implemented on the basis of a framework agreement (i.e. selection of a suppliere of partial implementation contracts for a public contract) is specified in more detail in Annex No. 2 of these tender conditions - Draft framework agreement.
•Painting work and varnishing work will be carried out according to the needs of the client, especially due to the maintenance of the buildings. The annual volume of painting works will be approx. 130,000 m2 and willunevenly spread over individual months. The largest volume of painting work (approx. 70%) will be carried out during the summer months when the individual departments, clinics and institutes of the client are closed, and therefore the client requires that the painting companies have sufficient capacity during these monthsIrish workers. Painting work and varnishing work will also be carried out during the operation of clinics, departments, with minimal requirements for occupations and closure of operations (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
