Description:
Carrying out land surveying work for the purpose of delineating and marking the breaking points of the ownership boundaries of land after land improvements and handing over the demarcated land boundaries to the owners in accordance with § 12 paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. The marking will be done in cadastral territories of Boršov near Moravská Třebová, Jaroměřice, Koruna, Pěčíkov, Pomezí, Přední Arnoštov, Třebařov and Žipotín in the district of Svitavy. Geodetic work and the results of the entire contract must comply with Act No. 256/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral Act), as amended, and Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended.
