The order is divided into 2 parts. It is possible to apply to each part or both parts.

1. Part - Global Fever Panel for ARRAY (Part 1)

Description of the required material:
Panel Global Fever: Allows you to detect 19 pathogens from200 ul blood
viruses -chikunguya, Crimean -conjection fever, dengue, ebola, lassa, Marburg, West Nile fever, yellow fever, zika
bacteria -Bacillus Anthracis, Francisella Tulelensis, Leptospira, Salmonella Enterica Malarie).

2. Part - PCR panels analysis on Filmray - 3 types (part 2)

Description of the required material:
1) Panel respiratory: allows detecting the nasopharynx 22 viruses and bacteria
viruses - adenovirus, coronavirus 229e, HKU1,NL63, OC43, SARS-COV2, Metapneumovirus, Rhinovirus/Enterovirus, Influenza and Virus A/H1, A/H3, A/H1-2009, Influenza B Virus, Parainfluenza Virus 1, 2, 3, 4, Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pertusis, Chlamydia pneumoniae, mycoplasma pneumoniae
2) panel Blood Culture:It allows you to detect 43 pathogens from positive blood cultivation
