Description:
The technical solution of the repair consists largely in the replacement of the fillings of the openings - windows, which are still the original wooden slats in almost the entire building, as well as the entrance doors, partition safety glass fillings (m. no. 102). Adjustments will be made to room 106 for meeting visitors with convictsby them without visual and auditory control. At the same time, small children's corners will also be set up in the above-mentioned visiting areas. Part of the event is the repair of the communication system for contactless visits, minor modifications to the electrical installation, installation of suspended ceilings made of plasterboard, necessary masonryrepairs, coatings and paintings. Simplified project documentation was prepared for the implementation of the event, which describes the technical parameters to the extent necessary and contains a statement of dimensions. We would like to draw your attention to the red-marked items No. 102, 103, 104, 106 and 107 in the bill of quantities, which are not valued and will not be realized.
