The subject of the public contract is to conclude a purchase contract with a selected supplier for the delivery of the general key system with the conclusion of a service and material contract. The subject of the purchase contract is the supply of mechatronic cylindrical inserts with a duster in standard and prolonged design, mechatronicPadlock, mechatronic keys, user and service (programming) keys, key validation stations for users (ie communication devices for data transmission - access rights to key memory), battery and software replacement keys (hereinafter also "goods"). The subject of service andMaterial contracts are to ensure a comprehensive service in the form of supplies of original spare parts necessary for the proper continuous functioning of the system including service and repair of the subject of performance in case of defects, which are not subject to the guarantee under the purchase contract. Part of the subject of performance will also be introducedsystem into operation, operator training, transfer of property rights to the subject of performance according to the conditions of contracts, costs of travel and work of technicians, system update and ensuring income of service requirements.Type: supplies
