• The subject of this public order is the construction of a parking garage on the existing parking area in the Brno - Nový Lískovec urban area. The building is designed to increase the number of parking spaces in the area of ​​Svážná and Oblá streets, while 294 public spaces will be available parking spaces. It is a low-cost parking house with maximum use of the existing space of the parking area. The four-story parking garage will be placed in the terrain in such a way as to take advantage of its slope. A permanent acquisition of land will be necessary for the construction of the building in the administration of the investor and ŘSD and SÚS. Furthermore, a temporary occupation will be necessary. The temporary occupation area will serve as the construction site itself and as access to the construction site and for the storage of lighter material. The construction work also deals with the modification of the existing collection yard, which will be directly affected by the construction of the parking garage. Part of the public contract is the development of RDS documentation, the development of documentation of the actual execution of the construction, geodetic survey, geometric plan and health and safety plan.
