- The subject of the public contract is to develop a technical study (hereinafter referred to as "TST") for the construction of a capacity parking building and the reconstruction of PodΔbradova Street, including its extension, for an investment project called "Parking Public Kotkova". The technical study will contain its own parking object with6 NP and 1 PP, 1 NP will be designed for commercial use, and connection of the building to the surrounding existing roads. The technical study will also address the reconstruction of the existing part and the proposal of the extension of the local road PodΔbrady. In the documentation of TST, the necessary relocation of utilities will be solved.Also possible demolition/transfer of existing buildings.
