Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of instruments listed in Appendix No. 3 (3a to 3d) List of instruments of the Kyjov Hospital for the ENT, gynecological, orthopedic and surgical departments of the Kyjov Hospital. Each delivery also includes delivery of the goods to the location fulfillment and all other activities that condition the commissioning of the goods and their proper functionality, in particular installation, commissioning and removal of generated waste and packaging, including briefing and a record of it, initial review and acceptance test according to requirements legal regulations. Specific specifications are given in the technical requirements that form the annexes to this call for tenders (in particular, Annex No. 1 and Annexes No. 3a to 3d).
