• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor of the project documentation for the project "Change of the layout of Home Mlada". The contractor prepares the project documentation for construction permit (DPOS), documentation for construction execution (DPS). Project documentation will be prepared in accordance with Act no. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act and in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Decree on the documentation of buildings and for the purposes of the architectural study, which forms an appendix to this call. The project documentation for all construction modifications concerns the administrative building, 2nd floor and part 1 of the first floor. The layout of the entire building will be modified so that there are two separate parts with a capacity of 16-18 clients and facilities for staff. The project documentation will be the basis for the request for a change of use and will contain building modifications, electrical distribution, complete ZTI, HVAC and budget. The inclusion of the project is also part of the subject of the public contract electric fire alarm in the project documentation and further ensuring the fire safety solution of the building and operative card. The contracting authority draws attention to the necessity of consultations with the selected supplier so that the proposed project is tailored to the needs of services and clients. The frequency of consultations will be specified with the chosen one supplier.
