The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the processing of project documentation according to the standards of ΔKAIT services for the implementation of the new municipal office and space for associations in Brownfield Hukvaldsky dvΕ―r.

Processed project documentation must meet the requirements In the field of protection measures and energy savings, which are defined in the rules for applicants and beneficiaries in the operating program fair transformation for the period 2021 2027 (hereinafter referred to as the "PrΕΎap"), specifically in the chapters: C.13 The principle of significant undaminess of environmental objectives - Principle "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) and C.14 screening of climatic resistance of investment.
Currently valid prΕΎap is an integral part of the tender documentation within Annex 3 of this document.
The Supplier is obliged to follow the current valid version when implementing the subject of this public contract PrΕΎap.
The contractor of the construction work will be selected on the basis of a tender procedure implemented under the Public Procurement Act.
In view of this fact, the project documentation must be processed in accordance with the provisions of the ZZZZ Β§ 89 (5) and (6).
"(5) If this is not justified by the subject of the Public Procurement, the contracting authority may not favor or to disadvantage certain suppliers or products by setting technical conditions to determine through a direct or indirect reference to
(a) certain suppliers or products, or
b) patents for inventions, utility patterns, industrial patterns, trademarks or designation of origin.
