• Description:
• The subject of public procurement is project activity. The order is not divided into parts (the client does not allow partial fulfillment).
  
  The subject of the project activity is a bicycle path. The proposed bicycle path creates a transport and tourist significant connection between Ivančice and Dolni Kounice, respectively. area nand the border of the Vysočina and Brno regions, which today is realized along road II/152. The surface of this regional road is in a state of disrepair, completely unsuitable and dangerous for the current movement of cyclists and car traffic. The route of the cycling path is based on the search study "Feasibility studycycle routes Ivančice Dolni Kounice" from 7/2017.
  
  The route of the local road as a cycle path is laid out and arranged in width in such a way that it copies the existing roads and at the same time encroaches on the parcels of private owners as little as possible. The construction land in question is located in an undeveloped area and in the cadastrereal estate is defined as other area, water area, arable land and permanent grass cover. The technical solution will not have a negative impact on the landscape, health and environment or the surrounding land. The construction will increase safety for pedestrians and cyclists, because the construction of a bicycle path with smthe planned traffic will create a protected path, which will reduce the traffic of cyclists and pedestrians on the collected local roads. 2nd stage of this bike pathy. The total length of this stage is 730 meters. As part of the preparation of the area, 15 trees will be felled. During the construction, earthworks and adjustments to the plain will be carried out. Sections of the road 3.0 m wide with a mortar structure will be created, and the strengthening of the bank edge with a width of 0.5 m and a length of 560 m will also have to be carried out (ti.e. 280 m2). The length of the section of the service/purpose road, on which pedestrian, bicycle and car traffic coexists, with a concrete structure is 480 m (i.e. 1,440 m2) and the length of the cycle path section with concrete construction is 250 m (i.e. 750 m2), i.e. a total of 730 m. There will be new planting for cut down trees. In auntno re-laying of electrical and communication networks, water supply, pipe lines, etc. will be carried out on the stage. No bridge structures will be implemented. The purpose/service road will be used mainly by cyclists, pedestrians and the vehicles of the owners of the adjacent cottages.
  
  Estimated investment costs for this etapu is CZK 5,660,000 without VAT.
  
  The subject of this public contract is:
  1. Development of single-stage project documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning decision and building permit in a joint construction procedure and documentation for construction execution (DUR, DSP and DPS), including a list of works with a report indimensions processed in accordance with Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., and with other relevant legal regulations and technical standards, including the procurement of all decisions, consents and opinions, the need for which will arise from the technical solutions for the implementation of corridors processed by the contractor as part of the fulfillment of this part inpublic contracts. Part of the subject of the work is also the execution of the necessary construction technical, technological, geological and static surveys, geodetic survey of the existing state - topography, elevation, photo documentation of the existing state, for the preparation of the required project documentation.
  2. Pnegotiation of the developed single-stage project documentation for the issuance of a joint zoning decision and building permit with the relevant authorities and administrators or owners of technical infrastructure networks, including related engineering activities and the provision of positive opinions, statements, consents or administrativedecisions of the concerned authorities and administrators or owners of technical infrastructure networks for project documentation at the DUR, DSP and DPS level.
  3. Provision of an exclusive license to use project documentation according to Act
  no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Civil Code"),and Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyright and on the amendment of certain laws (the Copyright Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Act"). cycle paths is attached as Appendix No. 1 Drawings(situation).
