• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the development of project documentation for the actual construction for the repair or reconstruction of individual road culverts on road III/4808 in the village of Skotnice. The content of the subject is: processing of documentation projects in DPS level v of the extent according to the demand. 227/2024 Coll., namely in sections A, D and E (including the indication of average and semi-annual distribution) for individual passes. a proposal for technical and repair or reconstruction of individual culverts, processing order preparation of the half-year budget, owner released technical infrastructure and incorporating their requirements into the documentation, necessary engineering activity to the extent required by the service provider, necessary engineering activity in the scope of taking out the ownership of the technical infrastructure and their incorporation into documentation projects, provided authorized to use copyrighted works in two ways (according to the license only) within the meaning of the law. 121/2000 Coll., on first copyright, on first copyright and amendments to some laws (copyright law), in the form of later regulations. The contractor will thus provide the contracting authority with a sub-license for the first time to the extent of the license to those persons and consent to the transfer of the license to those persons, including the land limited to the expected site of the future construction. The price of the license is part of the price of the project documentation.
