• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the complete preparation of the Feasibility Study for the creation of the Clinical School - Technical-economic part. The client assumes that it will be a new building. The objective of this contract is a complete Feasibility Study for Technical and economic part. This study will then be handed over to the contractor for the Architectural Feasibility Study and will thus become its basis. The goal of the project is to obtain a complete Feasibility Study for the construction and operation of the Clinical School within the Kindergarten and Primary school, which will subsequently be assessed by the governing body (MŠMT), which will evaluate its quality. The contracting authority stipulates that the selected supplier is obliged to prepare and submit to the contracting authority for approval a draft Feasibility Study for the Technical-Economic Part. Building Clinical schools for elementary and kindergarten must be barrier-free and must meet all standards for this type of building. The building will be styled as a new construction. The building of the Clinical School for Primary and Kindergarten must meet current technical, hygienic and other requirements construction of primary schools and kindergartens, according to all currently valid decrees. The client requires very close cooperation on the Feasibility Study, namely consultations at least once a month or at least 6 times during the study's processing period. The study will include an analysis of the financing of the entrance fees also the subsequent costs and necessity of the school in the territory of the capital city of Prague.
