• Description:
• The subject of the full public contract is the maintenance and possession of property in the form of some activities of the operator of the farm (according to the Operational activities only) and the provision of services to the users of the farm: Veejn pstav Petrov (according to the Farm only). This property is owned by the state with the right to manage for editorial office of waterways R as an organization of the state branch. Operational activities will be carried out in the form of excavations, construction works including operational buildings and provision of services to Users during the navigation season, unless navigation operations, excavations and construction works are stopped during floods, when there is stopped sailing traffic, and gossips and the beginnings of construction in the winter period, when sailing traffic is stopped. In full, the provision services will be performed by the service personnel in the building area, their provision is for a fee paid by the user of the building for the benefit of the Service Provider, I pay for the building space, energy consumption and work performed by the operator for the provision of services to the waterways editors R commission of vi 50% Mare. The building manager may provide and give services performed by other persons than the Service, their provision is paid for users of the building for the benefit of the Contractor - Service, which will not be provided in the internal premises of the Building's operating premises and will not limit other usable space of the Building. If the Supplier - Service Provider will use space for the side of the vessels for the provision of the Service, the side will to be used as a condition for the use of the structure for the side of the vessels specified by the Waterways Directorate R, including the castles for the reservation of the side and the services connected with the side of the vessel published in the tariff of the Waterways Directorate R.
