• Description:
• The subject of the small-scale public order is the performance of engineering and investment activities during the construction of the reconstruction of the sports hall, including the ground. The subject of this building is the construction work involved in the reconstruction of the sports hall, in which a new wall will be built in the middle of the year insulation, reconstruction of internal electrical installations, including changing the lighting of the hall and real main switchboards, water distribution, sewerage, heating, etc. In the course of the building and related changes in the layout of the adjacent building spaces, the ground will be added, namely bathrooms, showers and social facilities (including barrier-free WC), offices, bathrooms, clubhouse and gym, entrance hall and grandstand. The exterior entrances and driveways to the hall will also be modified, including the necessary reconstruction of the exterior engineering streets, and parking spaces will be built. The BIM method will be used in the beginning of the project (Building Information Modelling), which, in the performance of technical supervision activities, mainly communicates/exchanges information and documents in the shared data environment Dalux (according to CDE) taken by the contracting authority. Technical supervision shall perform its activity in cooperation and cooperation with the person acting as an information manager for the client, who engages in construction expert activities in connection with the application of the BIM method and the control and acceptance of the informed construction model, including the digital construction model. Technical supervision shall carry out its activities in cooperation and cooperation with by the person of the BIM coordinator on the side of the developer of documentation projects and the information model of the building, including the digital model of the building.
