Description:
The subject of performance of the public contract is to perform the performance of technical security supervision (hereinafter referred to as "TBD") over selected water parts II. Category between 2026 and 2030.
The scope of TBD is stipulated by Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On Waters and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Water Act "), Decree No. 471/2001 Coll., On Technical Security Supervision of Water Parts, as amended, and valid programs of technical security supervision for individual water works (hereinafter referred to as" PTBD "). The subject of the public contract is also the activities that are stated in PTBD that they will be carried out or processed by the company "Water works - TBD a.s." (ie these activities will be carried out by a selected supplier with which the contract will be concluded on the basis of this tender).
