The subject of the full public order is the performance of technical supervision of the construction site during the investment event of the Plzeň reconstruction of the Americk building. activity of TDS spov in the complete performance of technical supervision of the construction site throughout the construction period, its subject
construction works are carried out under the element of the energy efficiency of the administration of the building at the address: Americk 8/39 Plzeň, realized by the contractor on the basis of the contract for dlo. TDS includes, in particular, control of the compliance of the work performed, supplies and services with the project documentation approved by the construction department, supervision of the quality, suitability and correctness of the work performed, control of the correctness of reporting work in in relation to earning financial resources.
The works will include, in particular, the reconstruction of well-lit office and common areas, the restoration of the courtyard facade with insulation, the replacement of windows, doors and doors, the repair of the windows on the main staircase, the reconstruction six walls of the structure above the main staircase, the right wall after the removal of the Adam's garch, reconstruction of the flower garden.
