Invoice - The tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery. The Client is entitled to return without the due date before the expiry of the due datepayment of the invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and in the returned invoice - the tax document must indicate them. The Contractor is obliged to correct or newly produce the tax document. By returning an invoice - the tax document ceases to run the original deadlinematurity and run again from the beginning of its re -delivery to the Client.
The Client does not provide advance payments. The price offered is the final price and includes all costs of the supplier, including transport and is unchanged for the duration of the contractual relationship.
