- The subject of the public contract is the supply of chemicals and laboratory consumables necessary for the implementation of the key activities of the project, a list of which, including the technical specification and the required quantity, is given in Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation, which also forms a table for filling in thed prices, while the technical parameters of the contracting authority's requirements are also listed here.
The subject of public procurement is, in accordance with § 35 of the Act, divided into two separate parts, while the Contractor can submit his bid for any of the parts of the public procurement, he can also submit his bid for all parts ineřejne zakazky.
