Description of the order: The pre -awarding of the custom is the delivery, assembly and installation of photovoltaic panels that will be built on the contracting authority. It is detailed before the public provision specified in the project documentation, blind budgets and technical specifications, which are due to this documentation. Especially the attached number 6 zd. A candidates that do not fulfill some of the technical criteria will be excluded from the public. 3.5.
