• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is:
  a) Ensuring physical security in the extent of 2 workers per shift (each worker will perform security in another object of the contracting authority), consisting of a comprehensive physical sharpening of objects, protection of movable and real estate, as well as employees of the contracting authority and other persons, which will be found in the objects, including their assets;
  (b) Ensuring activities associated with the operation of technical protection systems (ie mechanical inhibitions, alarm security and emergency system, camera and input control system) and electrical fire signaling with an adequate response to the possible findings of emergencies and issuing instructions for other members of the intervention security;
  c) Provision of custodians in the extent of 6 workers per shift who will carry out a physical security of collection items exhibited in the premises of the contracting authority at the time of opening for the public and At the same time, to provide basic information about the exhibition according to the instructions of professionals of the contracting authority and to carry out the organizing activities at the opening of exhibitions and lectures for the public;
  (d) ensuring security at actions organized by the contracting authority beyond normal operation;
  (e) Processing of monthly reports on the performance of services and
  f) provision of cooperation in connection with the termination of the contract pursuant to Article 14 of the Contract.
