• The public contract is awarded by the Design & Build method, in which the responsibility for processing the project documentation is transferred entirely to the supplier. Within the framework of this method, the contracting authority establishes material requirements for the performance and function of the project. The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the design, supply of complete technology consisting in the realization of the entire work. Description of the subject of the contract: In the first phase, the contracting authority requires the preparation of project documentation for the execution of the construction, which will enable the realization and connection of the PV plant in accordance with the issued Connection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "SOP"). The contractor assumes that, according to the applicable legislation, a building permit is not required for the realization of a PV plant. After the approval of the project documentation and agreement on the implementation schedule, the second phase will begin. In the second phase, the contracting authority requires complete, functional and faultless execution of all construction and assembly work, including the services and supplies of the necessary materials and equipment necessary for the proper completion of the work and the execution of engineering activities, as well as the provision of the first parallel connection of the PV plant. A total of 2 separate PV plants will be implemented. The total expected installed capacity of both PV plants is 74.98 kWp within the two collection points. The client assumes that it will consume at least 80% of the produced energy and does not plan to accumulate the produced energy.
