Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 4 years with a maximum of 3 providers of the relevant services, which include, but are not limited to, strategic long-term planning of the purchase of media (print, online, radio, OOH, TV, cinema), detailed media planning, provision of media purchase and its optimization, provision of post buy analysis after the advertising campaign or during it, provision of post media analyses, provision of consultancy in the area of the media market and provision of additional services.
