- Realization of common facilities after the completion of complex land improvements in the c.u. Verneřice and k.u. Blankartice. In accordance with § 35 and § 101 of the Act, the contracting authority divides the public contract into two (2) parts, which are defined by their subject as follows:
part 1: Project 1: Planting TEO1 k.u. Blankartice
part 2: Projekt 2: Planting LBC9, LBK64 and KZ1 in k.u. Verneřice
The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one or both parts of the public contract. When selecting a supplier, the contracting authority will proceed in each part separately.
