• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the supply of 1 mobile fluoroscopic X-ray device with c-arm including all accessories (hereinafter also referred to as "goods", "medical device" or simply "ZP") and the provision of warranty and post-warranty activities for the Pulmonary Clinic at the client's headquarters (hereinafter also just "LUNG"), namelyon the basis of the purchase and service contract, under the conditions set out in the procurement documentation.
  The goods must be delivered incl. accessories with a min. warranty 24 months. Part of the offer (and thus also the offer price) must include putting the supplied goods into operation, connecting to the FN HK computer network with the transmission of DICOM protocols,installation and briefing of personnel in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., the Act on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices - hereinafter also referred to as the "Medical Devices Act".
