• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is services consisting in the implementation of pre-project and project activities, engineering activities, as well as the performance of copyright supervision in connection with the Pavilion of Protective Healing, related infrastructure and operational files in premises of the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava. The subject of performance is to develop and/or provide: a) project documentation; b) engineering activity; c) copyright supervision; d) interior project; e) health technology project; f) cooperation in the selection of a contractor buildings; g) other partial performance. The selected supplier will develop the "Introductory and verification study of the establishment of an environment for the provision of protective treatment with a medium level of supervision in the premises of the PN complex in Opava" (hereinafter also the "Introductory Study") prepared by the commercial company DAF-PROJEKTEM s. r. o., ID: 25905813, registered office Hornopolní 131/12, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, lead designer Ing. Vítězslav Dvorský, in 02/2025, supplemented by a Commentary on the proposal for the levels of project documentation required by the client/customer, with the aim of realizing the investment project "PN Opava - Pavilion of protective treatment".
