Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract within this procurement procedure is the supply of a new (not refurbished) medical device 1 pc of a portable tablet ultrasound system for use at the contracting authority's internal ambulances. Part of the subject of performance is transport to the client's headquarters, assembly - ucommissioning and carrying out the necessary tests for commissioning in accordance with applicable legislation, operator briefing in accordance with applicable legislation - min. range 1 working day. The subject of the order also includes the provision of a free guarantee for quality according to § 2113 et seq. Act No. 89/2012 Coll., civilof the Code with a duration of 24 months and free periodic safety and technical inspections including professional preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations for the entire duration of the warranty.
