- The aim of this tendering procedure is to conclude the purchase contract No. 167/25 (hereinafter referred to as the "KS") with one participant in delivery 3 (in words: three) pieces of newly produced and unused welding positions (hereinafter also "goods") according to technical specifications (Annex 1 pcs) This pcs.
The contracting authority requires the goods to be produced in the highest quality and correspond to all generally binding regulations for this type of products in the Czech Republic, including the regulations of hygienic, environmental and regulations related to the safety of work.
The subject of the VZ is not only the delivery of the goods but also the following performance:
-installation and putting goods into operation at the place of delivery,
-The lunching employees in the operating and maintenance of goods,
-Doing the operating instructions and maintenance of goods in Czech - 1 pcs in paper form and 1 piece in electronic form (in the "PDF" file),
-Dowing of warranty certificates and declaration of conformity (according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., In effective wording) and CE certificate,
-the accompanying documentation (according to Government Regulation No. 378/2001 Coll., As an effective version);
-Doing the technical documentation of wiring;
-Peace, transport and disposal of waste arising from delivery and installation of goods.
