Description:
The subject of the public contract is the performance of year-round maintenance and servicing of the following medical devices:
•two compatible linear accelerators Elekta Synergy, manufacturer Elekta Limited, including their accessories specified in the purchase contract
KNL No. S2015/00207 concluded on 26/05/2015, no- ifotherwise specified below,
•devices for synchronizing breathing (Active Breathing Coordinator (hereinafter referred to as "ABC")) and its accessories,
•technical support in securing communication between the Mosaiq verification system and the system for automatic patient identification
(Medoro),
• verification system Mosaiq to the extent that it was at the time after the execution of the order according to the purchase agreement and subsequent upgrades, including
MOSAIQ Data Director and Evaluate,
•planning system Radiation Treatment Planning Software, Monaco, manufacturer Elekta Inc. to the extent that it was part of the delivery on the
basis of purchasecontract and subsequent upgrades installed,
•dosimetric equipment, Medoro automatic patient identification system, is not part of this service contract.
