- This is preliminary market consultation No. 2 (PTK2) according to § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, carried out in order to find out information about the upcoming public contract for cleaning services in objects used and managed by the contracting authority - 1. LF UK. This PTK2 follows the PTK from 28.11.2025. It is possible to respond via a message in E-ZAK to this PTK2, by sending a completed questionnaire in the form of submitting an "offer" to this PTK2 or by sending a completed questionnaire, or his Attachments #1 to email jitka.jankolova@lf1.cuni.cz The contracting authority provides suppliers in the "Tendering documentation" section with a questionnaire for PTK2, including Appendix No. 1, to complete.
