• This notice concerns preliminary market consultations (hereinafter also referred to as "PTK") based on the provisions of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the intended public contract for the procurement of humanoid robotic heads with arms, which should subsequently be commissioned by the Czech National Bank, as a public contracting authority, in accordance with the law. The aim of PTK is in particular: -verify the existence and structure of the relevant market, - get technical, qualitative and contractual information requirements, -assess the adequacy and feasibility of the assumed conditions of the future tender or tender procedures, - enable the contracting authority to optimize the procurement conditions in accordance with the principles of transparency, non-discrimination and proportionality.
