- Description:
- The contracting authority prepares the award of a public contract for services, the subject of which should be ensured by the processing of audit activities in the area of real estate management. Due to the complexity of the subject of the public contract and its potential scope, the contracting authority proceeded to fulfill the principle of economy, to PTK. The audit should be performed in accordance with the global standards of the internal audit issued by The Intitut of Internal Auditors. The purpose of the PTK is to obtain relevant information from suppliers who do business in the area of audit assurances, relevant information about whether and under what approximate conditions it is considered Subject of future public procurement feasible. The purpose of the PTK is also to inform suppliers of the services in question on the intentions and requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of the fulfillment of the public contract in accordance with Section 33 of the Act and its intention to award the public contract.
