• Description:
• The Central Bohemian Region hereby takes the liberty of contacting you and asking you to participate in a preliminary market consultation, which will be conducted with the aim of obtaining information about market possibilities and preparing the tender conditions for the planned tender procedure for a public contract focused on the supply and operation of the road traffic monitoring system, including the collection and processing of traffic data in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region. The intended solution should include, in particular, the collection of traffic data on selected roads, their transmission and processing in a central analytical system environment, provision of supervisory and evaluation functions, integration with relevant external systems and setting up a suitable operational, service and contractual service delivery model. The aim of the preliminary market consultation is to verify technical, operational and security parameters of the intended solution, obtain information about possible architectural approaches, licensing and contractual models, methods of implementation and operation of the solution, as well as about a suitable price model and other parameters important for preparation of the tendering conditions of the public contract. The preliminary market consultation will be carried out in two phases, while in the first phase the contracting authority will invite the supplier to express interest in participation and to conclude a confidentiality agreement, on the basis of which the documents will be made available to the participants related to the planned intention of the contracting authority. In the second phase, participants will be invited to answer the questionnaire in writing and to provide their professional opinions on the submitted documents.
