- The State Land Office is preparing the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"), through which in the next four years the state land office will award public contracts for the preparation of expert opinions for real estate valuation. In order to acquaint potential suppliers withWith this system and by setting meaningful and reasonable tender conditions, the contracting authority decided to use the institute of preliminary market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "PTK"). Participation in PTK is open and can be attended in particular by all potential people interested in public procurement, whose subject is expert opinionsfor real estate valuation.
