Hlavni mΔsto Prague, with headquarters at Marianske namΔsti 2/2, 110 01 Prague 1, ID number: 000 64 581, the project management department of the City Hall of Prague (the "Client"), is currently preparing the terms of reference for the public contract entitled "System for the Preparation and Processing of Prints of the Meetings of the HMP Council, the HMP Representative Office and the Committees of the HMP Representative Office, Preparation and Ensuring Meetings and Securityadministration and registration of the tasks of the HMP Council and Board of Directors" ("Public contract"). The contracting authority will inquire about the subject of the Public Contract in an open procurement procedure according to Β§ 56 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended ("ZZVZ").
The contracting authority intends to tender conditions Publice orders to be defined in such a way that they corresponded to his needs, but at the same time they allowed the widest possible participation of possible suppliers in the procurement process. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority invites relevant suppliers to participate in a preliminary market consultation ("Consultation") according to Β§ 33 ZZVZ.
