- The contracting authority dares to address potential suppliers in connection with preliminary market consultation (hereinafter referred to as "consultations"), the subject of selected issues in connection with the preparation of the tender for the award of the public contract with the expected name "telemetric system II" (hereinafter referred to as "public contract "). The contracting authority is interested in the requirement to meet its needs and at the same time so that they are set with the subject of the contract in accordance with the ZZVZ, in particular the principle of proportionality and other principles regulated in Section 6 of the Public Procurement to address the range of potential suppliers with a request to fill in the questionnaire (see Annex 1 of the Call) concerning some aspects of the prepared public contracts. The purpose of consulting is to acquaint potential suppliers with the intention of implementing the public contract and at the same time obtaining all the information needed for correct and objective setting of the conditions of the public contract. In this way, the contracting authority wants to prevent possible risks that could occur in the implementation of the public contract. The subject of consultation will be the content of the considered conditions of the public contract, in particular technical and operational questions related with future fulfillment of public procurement. The contracting authority is interested in finding out the technical options available on the market so that it can then assess which possibilities can meet the conditions of its operation.
