- The National Technical Library ("Substitution") is currently preparing the tender conditions of the public contract called "PNG - the platform of the new generation of the CARDS II Association" ("Public Procurement"). The contracting authority has implemented the tender for a public contract called "PNG - a new generation of the CARDS Association"the same subject of performance as a public contract ("original public contract"). The tender for the original public contract was canceled. Following the canceled tender for the original public contract, the contracting authority intends to define the tender conditions of the public contract so as to meet its needs andAt the same time, they allowed the widest possible competition to be relevant.
