Description:
2.1 The contracting authority intends to implement a public contract for the provision of catering services (medical nutrition) for patients and employees of the Hrabyně Rehabilitation Institute and, taking into account the complexity and nature of the subject of performance, decided to use the possibility of conducting a preliminary market consultation in the sense of § 33 ZZVZ. The purpose of the preliminary market consultation (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is to obtain relevant and objective information about market opportunities, available technical solutions and the range of potential suppliers. The intention of the contracting authority is to get an idea of the method and setting of business cooperation with the supplier and the setting of non-discriminatory technical parameters that will enable the selection of the most suitable supplier of the public contract.
