• This announcement refers to preliminary market consultations (hereinafter also referred to as "PTK") based on the provisions of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") on intended public contracts for the production of precious metal coins of metals, which should subsequently be awarded by the Czech National Bank, as a public contracting authority, in accordance with the law. The aim of PTK is in particular: -verify the existence and structure of the relevant market, - get information on technical, qualitative and contractual requirements, - assess the adequacy and feasibility of the assumed conditions of the future procurement or procurement procedures, - enable the contracting authority to optimize the procurement conditions in accordance with the principles of transparency, non-discrimination and proportionality. Preliminary market consultations to the public orders for the production of coins from precious metals This announcement concerns preliminary market consultations (hereinafter also referred to as "PTK") based on the provisions of § 33 of the Act on intended public contracts for the production of coins from precious metals, which should subsequently be awarded by the Czech by the National Bank, as a public contracting authority, under the regime of the law.
