Description:
Since the Kyjov Hospital, a contributory organization is a public contracting authority within the meaning of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"), it is currently considering the method of awarding the public contract for the selection of the CDE for the reconstruction of the Gynecology-Optional Pavilion - Kyjov Hospital. At the same time, he is interested in the fact that the tender conditions correspond to his needs and at the same time meet the legal requirements, in particular the principle of proportionality and other principles regulated in Section 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority has therefore decided to take advantage of preliminary market consultations (hereinafter also "PTK") pursuant to the provisions of Section 33 of the Public Procurement Act, in particular to inform the potential suppliers of their intentions and to obtain the relevant information necessary for the preparation of the tender conditions.
