Description:
The subject of the public contract is a comprehensive service including the following four sub-fulfilments:
Part A) Brief technical analysis of the Project being prepared, data verification and assessment of the suitability of objects for inclusion in the EPC project, or specification (optimization) of the scope of the Project. Conceptual design of work progress inclschedule and preliminary economic analysis of the Project.
Part B) Processing and submission of an application for support within the relevant call of the Ministry of the Environment in the scope and specification according to the current Rules for applicants and recipients of support from OPŽP, or other relevant current call, includingprocessing of mandatory annexes to the minimum extent:
Part B1) Processing of the energy assessment according to Decree No. 141/2021 Coll. on the energy assessment and on the data kept in the Energy Consumption Monitoring System, prepared by an energy specialist with the relevant authorization according to Act No. 406/2000 Coll., onenergy management, as amended.
Part B2) Preparation of the construction technological solution study - documents will be processed in the structure and detail required for submitting a subsidy application to the relevant call for the relevant subsidy title.
Part C) Preparation and processing of organizational, legal and technical documentsprocurement documentation and ensuring the organization of a public contract for the provision of energy services with guaranteed energy savings. The procurement procedure will be conducted in the form of a negotiation procedure with publication in accordance with the law.
