Description:
Subject of the public contract a) The subject of the performance of the small-scale public contract is the preparation of meals - lunches for clients of the care service on working days. The number of lunches collected will be 30-50 per day, collection time between 9.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. Food portioning into stainless steel food carriers - thermal containers (supplied by the client) will be provided by the contractor with its own workers. The menu will always be submitted to the client one month in advance (no later than the 20th day of the previous month). b) The daily menu will include 1 type soups and the option of choosing from several main dishes. c) Preparation of dietary food according to the needs of clients. d) The diet must correspond to the age of the clients, the principles of rational nutrition and the needs of dietary nutrition.
