- The subject of this small -scale public contract is to provide a professional service consisting in the process of preparing polymeric membranes from the polymer solution by the "Roll2roll - Slot Die Coating".
The contract includes a complete performance of the Roll2roll Slot Die Coating - by casting from the polymer solution in the organic solvent.
After performing the process described above, the aim of the contract is to deliver the diaphragm preparation service on the Industrial scale by the Roll2roll Slot Die Coating
The service also includes:
• Handling of chemicals - organic solvents,
• Continuous communication with the contracting authority regarding the timetable schedule,
• Final handover of all membranes,
• The presence of Tailorm representatives in the supplier during the Slot Die Coating process - the preparation of membranes,
• Optimization of the production process and handing over all technical data affecting the resulting quality of membranes.
• Possibility of preparation membrane with the "Roll2roll" process - unfolding from role to belt
• Roll2roll Slot Slot Die Coater throughout the process
