Processing of project documentation for the construction of the "Pardubice Innovation Center (PIC)" using the BIM method, including author supervision
Description of the contract: The subject of the contract is the preparation of the project for the construction of the "Pardubice Innovation Center (PIC)" in the stages of project documentation for joint permits and project documentationumentation for assigning/executing construction using the BIM method. Part of the performance is also the provision of necessary survey work, engineering activities and some property rights activities. The subject of the order is - production of an information model of the building; - creation and regular updating of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP); - offupdating the project documentation of the building in the required stages by generating them from the digital information model in accordance with the prepared BIM implementation plan (BEP) and divided by individual stages according to the approved implementation procedure; - ensuring the necessary survey work, assessments, studies and measurementsnecessary for obtaining a joint permit; - procurement of the necessary opinions and statements of the concerned bodies necessary for obtaining a joint permit; - ensuring the development of a plan for ensuring safety and health protection during work at the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which is regulated byother requirements of safety and health protection at work in labor relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or providing services outside labor relations (Act on Ensuring Other Conditions of Safety and Health Protection at Work), as amended, and on...
