• The general definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the project is the complete project preparation of a new building of 2 apartment buildings on parcel number 248/15 in Paskov to support available and sustainable rental housing. The implementation of the project will thus lead to an increase in rental housing capacity. Realization The project is an essential step to increase rental housing capacity in Paskov with a total of 11 new apartments. The outputs of the project are in line with the project goals. The characteristic of a new building of apartment buildings within the subject of the project documentation will be a new building of 2 apartment buildings, ground floor + 2 floors. One apartment building will have 6 apartments, the other will have 5 apartments and one space for commercial use. Overall, there will be an increase in housing buildings in Paskov by 11 apartments. Non -residential space for commercial use is determined in accordance with the challenge and will be a maximum of 20 % of the total floor area buildings. In the case of the first new building of an apartment building, where one space for commercial purposes, there will be non -residential space for commercial use of 13.15 % of the total area of apartments. In the case of counting the total floor area of the building, the percentage will be reduced, so the call condition will be observed. Second new building The apartment building will not have space for commercial purposes. Urban design will be followed when processing project documentation. The land on which apartment buildings will be located is situated in the main part of Paskov in a built -up area. As part of the transport infrastructure, there will be new apartment buildings in Distance 280 meters from the bus stop and directly on the main road of Paskov Street Bělska, which connects to the D56 motorway.
